These terms describe the rules for using Dwoflex Marketplace and making purchases through Dwoflex.com. Read them with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Process.
1. The marketplace and its operator
Dwoflex Marketplace is operated by Saunat Ltd, with its principal business address at [BY45 Nii Anang Laryea Avenue, Adenta Frafraha]. Business registration details are [No. CS084372018, registered in Accra RGD, address, P.O Box DT 2184, Adenta Flats]. Applicable trade-body memberships and codes are [none].
We provide marketplace facilities, account services, checkout coordination and customer support. Products may be supplied by independent vendors. The seller for a product must be identified in the purchase information before you order. Where Dwoflex is expressly identified as the seller, we act in that capacity.
A vendor's involvement does not remove Dwoflex's own legal obligations. Contact Dwoflex support for help with an order; we will coordinate with the relevant seller.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the relevant agreement, or have authority to act for the business you represent. Provide accurate details, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.
Google sign-in is an optional customer-account method. Vendor and affiliate registration use their applicable forms and may require additional verification or approval. Account registration alone does not guarantee vendor approval, an affiliate payout, or access to staff or administrator functions.
You are responsible for your own misuse of an account, but these terms do not automatically make you liable for every unauthorised action regardless of fault. We may take proportionate steps to protect accounts and investigate suspected abuse.
3. Product information and seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate material descriptions, lawful products, their identity, applicable delivery information and any product-specific conditions before purchase. Approval or display of a listing does not replace those responsibilities or remove your rights if the item differs from its description.
Check the product details, seller, size or specifications, total price and delivery destination before submitting an order. Please report a misleading listing or safety concern to support.
4. Prices, promotions and payment
Prices use the currency displayed at checkout. The order summary should disclose the product amount, applicable discounts, delivery fees, taxes and other payable charges before you commit. Available payment methods are those offered at checkout; we do not guarantee every card, bank or mobile-money service will be supported.
An eligible promotion applies according to its disclosed conditions. The final confirmed price, including an applicable featured-product discount, is the price for that purchase. A later price change does not retrospectively increase it. A refund is based on the amount actually paid, as explained in the Refund Process.
You must be authorised to use the payment method. If we identify a material pricing or availability error before accepting an order, we will explain it and seek your agreement to a correction or arrange cancellation and any amount due back. We will not silently charge a higher price.
5. Placing and accepting an order
Submitting an order is your offer to buy on the displayed terms. An automated receipt or payment notification acknowledges the request and does not alone mean the seller has accepted it. Acceptance occurs when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation on the seller's behalf, unless a different acceptance point was clearly stated before ordering.
We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an unresolved payment problem, unlawful goods or a substantiated fraud concern. We will explain the relevant outcome and return any amount due. An acceptance label is not a means to delay applicable performance or refund duties.
Keep your order confirmation. You should be able to check and correct details before submitting payment. Contact support immediately if something is wrong afterwards; changes depend on the order's stage and your applicable rights.
6. Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds
The linked policies explain the delivery arrangement, eligible cancellation period, treatment of faulty items and refund process. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over these terms or a seller condition. Extra benefits clearly offered with a product will be honoured.
A request for prompt damage reporting, return instructions or inspection is not a blanket waiver of legal remedies. We will not make a refund depend on recovering a vendor payout or affiliate commission first.
7. Acceptable use and customer content
Do not use Dwoflex to commit fraud, sell prohibited or counterfeit goods, impersonate others, submit false claims or reviews, misuse referral programmes, distribute malware, harass people or access systems or data without permission.
If you submit a review, product image or other content, ensure you have the necessary rights and do not expose another person's confidential information. You retain your rights in your content. You permit us to display and use it as reasonably needed to operate, moderate and promote the relevant marketplace listing or feature, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Vendor and affiliate programmes
Vendor fees, commission rates, payout timing, affiliate attribution and programme-specific requirements belong in the applicable vendor or affiliate agreement and account settings. They must be disclosed before the relevant participation or transaction. These customer terms do not create a guaranteed earnings rate or override a separate lawful programme agreement.
Vendors and affiliates must follow applicable product, advertising, privacy and tax requirements. Affiliate promotions should make the commercial relationship clear where required. Staff account permissions are administered separately and are not granted by public registration.
9. Intellectual property
Dwoflex branding, software and original material belong to the operator or its licensors. Seller and user material may belong to its respective owner. You may use the site for its intended purpose and save documents relevant to your purchase. Do not copy or exploit protected material beyond your permission or a legal exception.
10. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the marketplace usable and information accurate, but maintenance and faults may interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to address problems we are responsible for. Third-party services may have their own terms, which do not remove our responsibilities to you.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or a breach of mandatory consumer protections. We do not use a general “as is” statement to deny responsibility for goods that must meet an agreed description or quality requirement. Responsibility for a claim will be assessed according to applicable law and the circumstances; these terms impose no blanket customer indemnity.
11. Suspension and closing an account
We may restrict an account for a material breach, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to ask for review. Contact support if you want to close your account.
Closing or suspending an account does not automatically cancel existing orders, erase lawful refund rights, remove payment obligations or delete records that must be retained. We will explain how any outstanding order or balance will be handled.
12. Complaints and governing law
Contact support@dwoflex.com or +233 20 278 2533 with the issue, relevant reference and resolution you seek. You may ask for a further review if the first response does not resolve it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Applicable mandatory rights remain available, including rights that may apply to a consumer outside Ghana. Our support process does not prevent you from seeking a competent court or regulator, and these terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration or waive lawful remedies.
13. Changes to terms
Published changes will identify their effective date. Material changes to ongoing account terms will receive appropriate notice. The terms agreed for an existing purchase will not be rewritten retrospectively through a website update; any necessary change must follow the law and any required agreement.
